Worst internet I’ve genuinely ever had the displeasure of using. A single drizzle ruins their system not to mention what you would pay for and get 300mbps you pay for and get 30mbps which is not really usable in a household sometimes it even goes 1mbps no joke

During recent storms and we experienced random outage for about six days, Legacy was pro-active with their customer service. It was EXCELLENT! They either emailed and/or called to keep us updated on issues and potential repairs. When service was fully restored, they also let us know what to expect.

Legacy is a great internet provider. I live in a rural area and it's been the best service I could have hoped for. I tried 5G internet at first but it was too unreliable for working from home. With Legacy, I rarely have any problems with my connection and they are quick to send somebody out when I do. I get pretty close to my advertised speed of 100Mbps and the public IP is quite stable. There are times where weather negatively affects the service, but I can live with that. As long as you're good with a big pole and antenna on your roof, you're good to go!

We waited forever for fiber to become available here in Ponder! Now that it is here have been enjoying the speed that is available from my 1 Gig connection. There is a lot of construction going on in the area so have had a couple of interruptions of service but not much can be done about a cut fiber line.

We've been with this company for 2 years and I have to say they've been pretty exceptional when it comes to customer service and letting people know when service is down / restored. Overall the experience has been pretty positive. They aren't the cheapest but the service has been great.
